Our final InnoQuest session for 2014 is a working session on Accelerating Innovation Delivery. Jon Washington of The Innovation Garage, along with several Innovation Black Belts from industry will guide us through a deep dive into the most fertile parts of the innovation ocean.
This will be a hands-on, practical exercise to help all participants set real strategies, tactics and goals for their innovation journey, and this is perfect for CEOs as well as leaders from operations, engineering, sales and marketing, finance and more. (EDGE Members: Feel free to invite others from your company, too.)
Accelerating Innovation Delivery will provide helpful insights on how to craft an innovation operating system focused on building the path to innovation mastery for your organization.
Expect to be stimulated with new ideas, a new space and solid thought-work to set you well on your paths. We will also share plans for InnoQuest 2015.

Accelerating Innovation Program Details
Location:
Global Center for Health Innovation (aka “The Med Mart”) is the new innovation space adjacent to the Cleveland Convention Center.
There are several parking garages. The Huntington Garage at W Lakeside Avenue near Ontario Street is the closest.
We will be meeting on the 4th Floor in HiMSS Innovation Center.
Time: 7:30 AM Doors open; continental breakfast.
Meeting starts @ 8:00 AM; Group Time (8:00 – 8:30).
Guided working sessions (8:30 – 11:30).
Meeting concludes @11:30 AM followed by a tour of the HiMSS Innovation Center.
