Pricing for our Innovation & Growth Mindset programs and innovation skills training is customized based on the specific level selected, number of participants, delivery format (in-person, virtual, or blended), and includes any additional mentoring or certification support. 
Public Programs such as Innovation and Growth Mindset Level 1 are offered several times a year and current scheduled dates can be found at our events page. Each program typically includes:
  • Pre-session assessments and online preparatory materials
  • The core training sessions (1–2 days for Levels 1 & 2, multi-day for Level 3 and Leading for Growth)
  • Post-session mentoring/coaching periods (30 days for Level 1, 60 days for Level 2, 90 days for Level 3)
  • Certification upon successful completion of application assignments
  • Access to tools, templates, and our innovation software platform, The Innovation Garage Workshop.

  • Innovation & Growth Mindset Level 2: A deeper 2-day program that builds on Level 1 prerequisite with advanced facilitation, team collaboration, structured brainstorming, and application skills. Includes a 60-day mentoring and certification period. Best for teams ready to scale innovation practices.
  • Innovation and Growth Mindset Level 3: An intensive innovation mastery multi-month leadership program (prerequisite: Level 2) focused on innovation mastery, strategy, governance models, coaching others, and building organization-wide Innovation & Growth Mindset systems. Includes 90-day certification and tools for running your own programs and Innovation and Growth Mindset Systems within your organization. Perfect for internal champions and leaders driving enterprise-wide change. 
The Leading for Growth Experience (1–2 days) is a separate executive-focused option for strategy alignment and leadership behaviors. We recommend starting with an assessment to determine the best fit for your organization’s current maturity and innovation skills training goals.

During this time, participants work with an Innovation Master Black Belt coach (on-site or virtual) on real-world application assignments tied to your business. Successful completion earns a formal certification (e.g., Innovation Level 2 Blue Belt or Level 3 Black Belt). We measure results through pre/post assessments of innovation confidence and culture, participant feedback, completed application projects, and observed improvements in idea generation, execution speed, and alignment with growth goals.
