A One-Day session, with optional 30 day application assignment and certification period, that provides the very basics on Innovation and Growth Mindset to help you in your daily work.

No matter your role in the organization, being more innovative means you can create, communicate, and accelerate ideas for anything.

Most attendees, when asked, don’t think they are very creative or innovative. Our student data and years of experience show that a fundamental understanding of some basic innovation skills is needed.

When practiced consistently, these skills will significantly increase your confidence to innovate and share your ideas with others.

At this one-day program workshop, you’ll experience the fundamentals of the innovation necessary for creating front-end ideas for products, processes, and services.

The program also has an optional 30-day application assignment and certification coaching period under the guidance of an Innovation Master Black Belt from The Innovation Garage®.

Before attending the session, you take a short strengths assessment, innovation culture and confidence survey, then watch a few short videos.

Practical Live or Digital “Hands on” Class

At the live or digital class you’ll roll your sleeves up in interactive experiences to cover the content in a dynamic, fast paced way.

Valuable Application to Your Work

You’ll get started applying the new mindset, systems, and tools to your work – connecting the dots from theory into practical application. Post Class and application assignment completion receive an Innovation Level 1 (Green Belt) Certification.

Post Session Certification

Post session, consider attending an extended Two day Innovation program for yourself or with your team. These additional education programs with optional certifications help build your capability for growth, with the help of a master black belt from The Innovation Garage® providing on-site and virtual coaching supporting your team’s success.
