Over an initial 90 day period, working with executives of R&D and a newly formed Project Management Organization, The Innovation Garage Team Worked with an extended team of 10+ associates across enterprise business units, establishing a PMO framework for project, program and risk management.

Secondary phases of the engagement expanded the mission to educate, develop and coach up the innovation and growth mindset capability of the team. A series of workshops and training waves were custom designed to delivering education, tools, expert strategy, skills, technical consulting and patent support over a thirty-six month period for 100+ associates.

Focusing on building internal innovation capability and developing supporting  business methods, including corporate venture funding possibilities to rapidly create products and services.

The engagement continues to provide additional ad-hoc technical expert consulting, strategy and megatrend services for long term growth.
