Over a 24+ month period, from EVP to Sr. Director & now new C-Level leaders. Worked with an extended team of 10+ associates across enterprise business units. The mission is to educate, develop and coach up the innovation capability with education, tools, expert strategy, technical consulting and patent support.
The focus is to build internal capability and develop business methods including corporate venture funding possibilities to create products and services. The engagement continues to provide additional technical expert consulting & most recently, patent blueprinting & optimization services.
